This notice explains what personal data this website processes and why. It is a working draft and must be reviewed by the client's legal adviser (including the controller's full legal name, address and data-protection contact) before launch.

Enquiries, case-study login and chat
When you send a brief, log in to view case studies or leave your details in the chat assistant, we store what you type (name, company, company email, phone, message), the page you were on, the form used and any campaign tags in the link. We use it to reply to you and to give you access to case studies (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Chat messages are stored so that a founder can follow up. The chat assistant is an AI and can make mistakes.
Cookies and browser storage, by category
When you first visit, a privacy panel lets you choose what we may store in your browser. It uses the same three-part layout you may know from other sites: Essential, Functional and Analytics, with a fourth category, Marketing, that is shown as not used, and identical Save settings, Deny and Accept all buttons. Your choice is kept for 12 months and can be changed at any time.
Essential (always on): remembers your privacy choice and keeps the Ask Kelvin chat working while the tab is open. Functional (off until you allow it): remembers your text-size choice and that you already logged in to view case studies. Without it, the text size lasts only until you close the tab. Analytics (off until you allow it): visit statistics, described below. Marketing: listed for completeness only; this website uses no advertising or marketing technologies.
Analytics, only with your consent
We would like to understand how the site is used. We do this only if you allow the Analytics category (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). Until then, nothing is recorded and no analytics request is sent. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal.
What we record if you accept: the pages you view and for how long you actively read them, how far you scroll, the site or search engine you came from and any campaign tags, the buttons, links and forms you use (never what you type), technical errors, page-speed measurements, and your device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language and time zone. A random ID in your browser links your visits together.
What we never do: store your IP address, use advertising or cross-site tracking, fingerprint your device, share this data with advertisers, or sell it. The data is stored on our own hosting and is not sent to third-party analytics providers.
How long: detailed records are deleted after 13 months; anonymous daily totals are kept longer. If you also send us an enquiry after accepting analytics, we can see which page and source you came from.

Hosting
The site and its database are hosted by Hostinger, acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement. The hosting location must be set to an EU data centre.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect what was lawful before). Email connect@57ktechnologies.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
